Carol-Ann has had successful corporate experience in project management, process improvement, organisational strategy, recruitment, training and customer support management. She has been recognised as the driving force behind a raft of very well deserved national contact centre awards presented to her team at a previous company.
Carol-Ann is scoping an on-going internal assessment which will help build on the present strengths of the current call tracking procedure. She has identified some initial changes that should increase the response from young people called and give in-depth statistical data to measure the most effective form of communication.
